I grew up in the ocean. I have always admired the photos on the reefs, underwater, with fish, and everything that can be observed in its surroundings. After seeing pictures of great surfers or diving in different parts of the world, I knew that one day I would take my wedding guests to pose underwater. I read everything I could, I did safety tests and I took a first pictures of children and pregnant women. Then I thought: We're going to take those wedding dresses out of the closet and create a work of art.
I started taking pictures underwater and forgot what I knew about the typical wedding photos. I broke with all the rules of a traditional presentation, and started working with the boyfriends underwater. There everything is possible, the underwater environment is incorporated, without weight, where there is beauty and elegance necessary to transform brides into sirens.
After photographing the first girlfriend, he was willing to take a big step. I concentrated on how beautiful a wedding dress looked: the way it could flow underwater was surprising. After several sessions in swimming pools, I found a group of divers ready to wear wedding dresses and esmoquins We would go down to 30 feet underwater in the Florida Keys to create photos on the reefs. With a varied crew of expert divers, and after months of planning, we made the first bridal shots in the depths of the ocean.
