In itself, the concept of happiness is relative, since you can not measure how much we have reached, and it is subjective because each one has different aspirations that will make you experience that feeling.

Happiness can be found by seeking good for each one. It is a sum of moments that make us feel full and satisfied with something, someone or with ourselves.

1. Attitude

Given the different situations that can arise in our life, whether good or bad, the key is how we face them. Like all events, they are formed of moments and will pass. Nothing is forever, so you have to enjoy the good and learn from the bad.

2. Acceptance

A basic aspect to feel full is to love yourself, accept yourself as you are and value what you have. When we face bad times, surrendering instead of fighting against what happens is part of accepting the process of life.

3. Forgive

If there is hatred and resentment it will be difficult to feel good about yourself. When you forgive, you are able to let go, to free yourself from guilt and negative feelings that ruin your character and your health.

4. Take care of your body

8. Sleep well

Sleeping allows our body and mind to rest, recovering from their daily activity. Apparently the lack of sleep affects our mind making us remember more easily the negative aspects of our lives.

There is no single way to do the right thing, but we will know that we have achieved it if we feel morally well and without regrets. We must remember that the things we do must be, first, good for everyone, no matter what they say.
